“Before training with Jade, I had an okay relationship with the gym. My nutrition was okay but never consistent, and overall I needed guidance with proper workouts and nutrition to obtain adequate results. Jade helped me develop a consistent way of keeping up with the gym and nutrition. My results overall are definitely physically, but more mentally. Now I am confident in the gym to do work outs properly on my own and my nutrition and food intake improved drastically. I don’t look at the gym as a chore anymore because my consistency has lead to good results."

“I've had the privelege of knowing quite a few personal trainers and not all of them are as well rounded as jade is! you're not in the same state or area? no problem! you need help with your diet? she knows the struggle and can help! you don't know where to start at the gym? she will listen to you and help you focus! trainers are too expensive? she will do her best to work with you! she is one of the best trainers I've ever had a privilege to know and work with! she is worth the investment because from experience you receive quality care from the start! i can't say enough good things about this girl!"
