Welcome to JLR Personal Training! My name is Jade Rosario and I am the owner and head trainer here at JLR Personal Training. With a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of how personal goals vary from person to person, I’ve made it my mission to help individuals achieve their full potential — whether that’s gaining strength, building muscle, losing fat, or boosting confidence.
